Vestara
Khai was a character introduced during the tail end of the Lucas-era of Star
Wars. She was only featured in nine Expanded Universe novels and two EU
short-stories, although chances are high she would have been included in
post-Crucible novels had any been written. Thus, there aren’t many Vestara
collectibles to speak of, sadly. But I’m a huge Vestara Khai fan so I’ve chosen
her for the second installment of my “Collecting the Expanded Universe” series.
There
are only eight officially-licensed Vestara Khai pieces available to collect.
Well, technically there are ten if you include novels with the “Legends” banner
on them, which I personally do not. In my EU novel collection the only books I
own with the “Legends” banner on them are the five paperbacks [from the last
five hardcover novels released] where the mass market paperback versions didn’t
get released until after April 2014.
Here
are the eight items I’m aware of. I’ve searched high and low, so if there are
other Vestara pieces in existence, they are beyond rare as I’ve never seen or
come across them.
